Lizzie and I are in the sitting room, talking about who the stars would be, if they ever made a movie of Stop Telling Me I’m Brave.
‘I think Maggie Gyllenhaal should play me,’ says Lizzie. Her resemblance to the actress (of Secretary and Dark Knight fame) has been remarked upon in the past, so this isn’t an entirely random suggestion.
‘Who would play you?’ Lizzie now asks.
I think about it for a moment. ‘Harry Hill?’ I venture. At least part of the reason for this suggestion is that I, like the British comedian Harry Hill, am almost completely bald.
Lizzie laughs, heartily. ‘A movie starring Maggie Gyllenhaal and… Harry Hill. Who wouldn’t want to see that?’
